How does the Smartbrush work?
The CleanOS Smartbrush cleans an entire arch in just 30 seconds with heads uniquely designed for your mouth. Simply apply toothpaste, insert it, and press a button —no need to move it. Thanks to our proprietary technology, the bristles are positioned exactly where you need them to remove plaque precisely, thoroughly, and in a targeted manner—every day, effortlessly.
How is it personalized?
By taking a simple intraoral scan at one of our partner clinics (free of charge). The scan is very quick, takes less than 10 minutes , and is already included in the purchase price, as indicated in our Terms & Conditions .
Once we receive your scan, each head is calibrated to your biometric data , so that the bristles reach exactly the gum line and interdental spaces, the most critical areas and at greatest risk of disease.
How often should I change the print heads? Should I restart scanning?
Our brush heads are designed to last 6 to 9 months , unlike traditional toothbrushes that need to be replaced every 3 months.
If there have been no changes in the shape of your mouth in the meantime, it will not be necessary to repeat the scan: the new heads will be sent directly to your home when it is time for the replacement.
When it's time for your replacement, we'll write to remind you and guide you step-by-step through confirming your new set of brush heads .

At this time, CleanOS is not indicated for persons under the age of 18 , nor for adults with one or more of the following conditions:
Dento-alveolar or prosthetic conditions: severe dental crowding, removable complete dentures, fully loaded implant-supported prosthetic rehabilitations, traditional fixed orthodontic therapy, accentuated curve of Spee or severe periodontal tooth mobility (grade III).
Functional conditions: accentuated gag reflex, limited oral opening (e.g. trismus, surgical outcomes), or craniofacial malformations (e.g. cleft palate, micrognathia, severe asymmetries).
